fashionablyalli I understand why you are upset, but I have handled it in the best way I know how and have chosen to try to help rather than ignore your concerns and comments. I have had actual established businesses such as shopbop actually sell me an out of stock item, and take multiple weeks to even discover that it was never shipped and I, as a result have gone weeks without a refund or my item (which was also to compete a set in this case).
