Accent garment

This accent garment is see through, full button down sheer and elegant dress/accent piece. The material is not stretchy. The bust will accommodate 36” (I am a 40” and it’s too tight a bit) I bought this in Montenegro and I would NEVER sell this item, if I could get it to fit me. It’s brand new. Never worn. Flows at the bottom full length. Comes to my ankles and I’m 5’3 This will make a simple dress from nowhere - look like 1000.00 dress!
