Hi! You’re the first person to ever give me below a 5 star rating and I was just curious to know what was wrong with the smell of the blazer I sent you? It’s been cleaned, it’s been in a closet for months so I have no idea what could have gone wrong. I had it nicely put in a box for you and checked everything over before I sent it. Could it have possibly been the cardboard box it was shipped in? Please let me know what I can do to make your experience better. I am very surprised to hear that!

@toriwatts12 Hey love. It didn't smell dirty per se, just old. Pperhaps it's because it was in the closet for a while? The jacket was in excellent quality, and there was absolutely nothing wrong with it, it was just the scent. It really is no big deal...it was just an overall rating.

I’m so sorry, I thought you meant it had arrived not smelling good, I am just a perfectionist so ratings really mean a lot to me and I pride myself in having 5 or above and perfect reviews because I try to send things in pristine condition and I was just so upset to see it wasn’t 100% perfect for you!
