beautylover51 @jnklawitter I emailed them again about a 1/2 hour ago as they are not responding to me. I told them I was quite frustrated, that my buyers were frustrated and that this was making me provide horrid customer service. I gave them all of the info last week, so I am not sure why they can't reply. The gal that ordered the palette you received canceled her order. I am sorry and I can imagine you are beyond frustrated!

beautylover51 Keeping you in the loop - so yesterday I got an email that said the palette was on its way back to me. I responded with a bit of a heated email saying how was that even possible given the mix-up and my countless emails on the subject. Crickets again.

jnklawitter @beautylover51 I emailed them yesterday and they want photographic proof I got makeup instead of leggings. Do you care if I open the wrapping to take a pic? You wrapped it so nicely I didn’t want to mess with it.

Yes, please go ahead - I am frustrated that they asked you that after the other buyer opened a case, I opened a case and now they want photo proof. We are talking about leggings and a highlighter palette; not Jimmy Choo shoes! sheesh
