What a great coat by Liz Claiborne that was designed for her Axcess line. It is double breasted and has a belt that is connected at the sides on the interior of the coat (no loose belt). The belt can be tied in the front or the back as shown in the photos. It is short sleeved, has two slit side pockets, and it is fully lined too. It is navy blue and cream in color.
