Fully reversible Ace & Jig Rara skirt with elastic waist and drapey a-line fit. Love this one, not reaching for it as much. This skirt was refurbished as a part of a brand program I cannot remember the name of! Some of the smocking is a little imperfect (see photos). Also including an image of a tiny candle wax drip I haven’t removed. All in all, very good used condition. Size medium (tag removed for reversible wear). Waist measures 14.5” and stretches to over 20”.
