Ace & Jig empress/floret reversible quilted jacket

I am not the first owner, only worn a couple times by me. Some messiness in sewing as shown, and the empress fabric on belt and sleeve of jacket has a bit of wear, please see pictures. Tags removed to wear both sides. I believe this was a size M but see pics for measurements.
