Ace & Jig maxi surf dress in Parasol

Ace & Jig Maxi Surf Dress in Parasol Size small Worn and washed (hung to dry) once. Has tags. I bought new (direct) but too long for me and I don’t want to alter it. Back has black spots. They are subtle and look like piling. The dress came that way so the dots might be part of the natural texture of the textile.
