mackenzemily i couldn't figure out how to private message you this, but: will all due respect, my offer reflects the number of loose threads in this skirt (not just the substantial loose threads in the waistband, but also seemingly on the reverse side about halfway down, on the left?).

shirleywong840 @mackenzemily the reverse side (yellow) is in excellent condition and with little to no snags. What you are seeing is a loose thread on the seam of the skirt which can easily be prepared I can send a close up picture later.
