hello is this a dressy material or more casual it impossible to tel lfrom the photos

@mberlin625 Hi, it will depend on what you consider to be a dressy material/fabric. I can say that I bought and wore it for an event/party. The feel of the fabric is almost like a cross between taffeta (feel) & tulle (bodice). Its definetely not a stretchy/jersey or polyester feel even though its made out of polyester.
