What is the length from the crotch to the top of the pants? What’s the length of the pants the whole way down one leg? Are they capris?

Hello, thank you for reaching out.
The top of the pants to the groin area is about 8 inches.
The entire length of the pants from the top to the very bottom is about 32 inches. (I also added more photos of the measurements as well)
I am not sure if they are categorized as capris , but I am Petite (5’0”) and they fit me like pants.
