Acupressure mat

Pink acupressure mat with pillow. I only used it a few times and it has been in my closet. When I was taking the pictures I noticed a small spot on the back. It is machine washable but don’t dry in the dryer! It is supposed to help with chronic pain and relieve stress and anxiety. I didn’t use it enough to find out if it helps either.
