swagmaster2 @blondy1011 it has a stretchy waistband around the waist so yes! It is 33 inches long from the shoulder to the bottom and from the waist to the bottom is 19 inches! (Measured from a size small). If you didn’t see I also have this same dress in a purple and white! Any other questions and I’d be more than happy to help you! :)

swagmaster2 @amandaniclleee hi I updated a pic of it on! It’s not a neon yellow! It’s a nice soft yellow. The camera isn’t picking up the color very well. It’s like a soft yellow!
