Adam Lippes Floral Print Cotton Belted Dresss

This is a gorgeous lightweight Adam Lippes belted fit and flare dress with a floral rose print—and pockets! There is no size tag, pit to pit measures 23 in with give in the darts and the waist is about 20 in across. There is a popped stitch in the v-neck and a bit of dirt of the end of the belt that should come out with cleaning. This is a perfect garden party dress!
