Excellent condition;has been hanging in the closet unused, just handwashed prior to photos. Stretchy waistband. Tag recommends handwashing and line drying. 96% polyester and 4% spandex (slightly warm). Stitching in excellent shape. Approximate measurements with the item laying flat are as follows: Waist - 18" (has generous stretch) Length - 26½" Width of bottom skirt - 20½"
