New with tags Adelyn Rae Polka Dot Ruffle Dress. Open back with tie neck and gold pinstripe detail. Reposhing this item I purchased from @bethfashionista. Loved it, but unfortunately, the measurements were incorrect, so it didn't fit/ never worn. My mannequin is a Medium so the back won't zip up all the way. This does not have a size tag so approximate Measurements are below. Size: Small (approximate) chest: 14-15" waist: 15-16 upper back:14-15" length (waist to bottom): 35-36" lining (waist to bottom): 14-15"
