Size: Small - Elastic waist with string to tie tighter if needed. - Underwear underneath shorts (I always wore spandex in these, so no contact bare-wise). - Soft & Supportive - Aero Wicking Condition: Wore a couple of times for running events, but definitely impressed with the quality of lasting so long.
