@keylimechica18 oh sorry!!! I saw your question when I was busy and forgot to come back and answer. Not exactly sure what you mean by swishy, but they are your typical stretchy shorts. They do not have any lining.

@tali7611 Thanks! I was trying to tell if they were a windbreaker type material (the kind that goes "swish" if you run your hand back and forth over the material) or if they're just the regular type of material.
