In this version, the leopard print panels (ponyhair) add an exotic look to the supportive cage and heel counter. Marked Youth's sz4.5 / 4UK fits like a Women's 5.5/6US. This is my size in sneakers and they fit me! Never worn, only tried on. I have waaay too many sneakers!
