slgroneman @abston hello. If you zip them all the way down, then they have a stretchy ankle that is tighter. However, you can unzip them so that they have more of a flare/baggy look. Does that make sense? Let me know if I can answer any more of your questions. :)

slgroneman @mbolodeoku hi. I'm 5'6" and from the pic you can see that they come down right at the floor. But they do have an elastic band at the legging base that you could scrunch up.
