Adjustable Crystal Necklace

Adjustable clear (I think this is quartz? No clue, received as gift) with a pretty red stone on the front and intricate design towards top of gemstone. Necklace is adjustable (can pull tighter to make more like choker, or loosen up and have it hang lower).
