Adorable denim skirt. Vintage inspired. Brand is BDG from urban outfitters. Listed size is medium. It measures 16" across the top lying flat hips (I measured right below the pockets) 19 1/4" lying flat, total length is 15" in the front back is 15 1/2". New without tags. No back pockets.
