Adorable Black and Blue Mini Dress

Only worn one time for a graduation event. This is THE CUTEST with a pair of black boots! It does have belt loops, but did not come with a matching belt. I used a wide belt that covered them nicely. Fabric is 99% polyester/1% spandex. Brand is Lily Rose. Size small. The measurements laying flat are: bust- 16"; waist- 12.5"; hips- 17"; total length- 31".
