Adorable Dress by Peppermint

This is a lightweight, above-the-knee dress with slightly flared sleeves that stop just above the wrist, and elastic at the waist, creating a nice figure shape. It also has two tassels in the front waist that look cute when tied in a bow, or just left to casually hang. The dress is a size L, and I find this to be true everywhere except the bust. That is a lie-I am a size large and the dress fits great! Except for the bust area, and I'm a 36C. So this dress would be ideal for someone with a B cup or smaller. With that being said, this dress is 100% polyester. There is no give, except in the elastic part of the waist as mentioned earlier. And when I say no give, I mean none. Zero. Zip. Nada. Other than that, this dress is just the cutest! This dress looks like new, but is gently worn with no flaws.
