Adorable Floral Dress from Nordstrom

Floral dress with gathered waist, functional tie at waist. Ruffle at neckline (as shown in second pic), and lined with a teal colored fabric underneath. Size xs but could fit up to a medium, very forgiving and adorable dress. I paid $100 at Nordstrom, worn maybe 4 times. Excellent condition. Make me an offer!!
