Adorable Jessica Simpson Maxi Dress

Flutter sleeves and stretchy, elastic chest area make this a sweet dress with a cottage and boho feel! I love the pattern and the lightweight, breezy feel of the long skirt. Video shows that the skirt had a light lining underneath. This was an awesome TJ Maxx find, so I scooped it up. The top, however, is a little to tight in the chest area and I hate strapless bras, so I’ve never actually worn it 😩
