Adorable Light Blue Dress

This elegant dress is baby blue with pearl decorations. The fabric is lightweight and breezy(not see-through) with a little stretch to it. It comes with a belt? I don't know if it's a belt but I use it as such. Heck, you could tie your hair with it. I didn't iron the dress, as you can probably tell from the neck. It's also quite short on me. On the plus side, I don't have to wear a bra with it. There is a stain on the front that can be seen when held up to the sunlight(last pic).
