Adorable Lily Dress!

Brand: Lily Pulitzer Size: 6 Condition: worn 2 times. Used but material and structure are in good condition. There is one area on the top of the front of the dress where the loop hole for the hanging straps is a bit frayed I believe due to the boning in the corset structure. Sometimes the material needs to be pulled up over the boning part. Please see picture. Strapless or straps!
