Adorable Mary Poppin boots !

These boots are adorable! They’re an Australian brand called Sol-Sana. They have sparkly socks attached and then ties up with cute strings! They’re a size 8 but fit a bit tight. More like a 7-7.5. I’m willing to negotiate a price!
