This dress is too cute for words. It was a gift and it’s just a little bit too small for me. This dress is white with navy accent. It has a built-in bra and removable straps. There is one tiny little stain near one of the ribbon holes (see pic). This dress is a size 2. I believe it came from a consignment store so I’ll say it’s most likely gently worn. This dress is 13 inches at the waist laying flat and it is approximately 28 inches from top to bottom.
