Adorable Orange & White Eyelet Vintage Skirt with Anthropologie Vibes by Zinc. I usually remember where I buy things, but I am stumped on this one. I think I purchased at a cute NOLITA NYC boutique around 2002. The skirt had many years of use but is in great shape, fully lined, no stains or tears and was recently dry cleaned. Hence the dry cleaning tag. It is great with flip flops and a tee or heels and a nice blouse. I have worn both ways.
