Adorable Pink Black and White Empire Dress

Cute dress and well-made. It is strapless (or you could add straps), with a sturdy elastic back to keep it up and in place. It has a sturdy zipper, pleated white fabric at the top and a pleated black empire ban. The dress is fully lined with lace trim at the bottom of the Absolutely adorable! Made of cotton, polyester, and spandex. There is a small mark on the inside and doesn't show. However, I haven't tried to clean it. Size 3.
