Adorable Pink Lime White Black Plaid Summer Dress 1940’s 1950’s Square Collar

Cute vintage summer dress. No labels, appears to be handmade. Side metal zipper and square neck collar. Feels like a stiffer cotton. In good vintage condition. Some longer / loose threads throughout; very minor pilling if any. Minor discoloration around arm pits. I’ve tried to note any flaws to the best of my ability but some flaws may be hard to catch or notice.
