Adorable! Sea blue, reminds me of the ocean! Tunic w open shoulders, worn once

This tunic is perfect for work, or going out! It’s shell is 100% lyocell, machine wash cold. I gained weight and it no longer fits, but haven’t posted because I didn’t want to part with it. Time for someone else to enjoy!
