💕Adorable Sterling Vermeil Created Sapphire Ring

Vintage, brought it around 2003 from a jewelry craft show and it’s in excellent condition. Heavy plating over Solid Sterling Silver. Has a 8 mm x 2.5 mm Marquise shapes created Sapphire in steely blue with four 3 mm white topaz accents. Neat detail with swirl design. Size 4. Tapered 5 mm to 3 mm band.
