Adorable Summer Maxi Dress

Beautiful dark blue and white maxi dress! Open tie front with ruffle, lined midway through the skirt portion of the dress, with one side slit. The back has a zipper and clasp up to a large keyhole semi open back. Tie straps are adjustable. Bought from another posher but never wore. I believe the other person wore it once, there is a tiny bit of staining on the very bottom where it hits the floor but not noticeable at all.
