True vintage and definitely a one of a kind dress! Such a fantastic print and lovely details like the little heart buttons and intricate trim. Full pleated skirt with fit and flare style natural waist line. Appears to be homemade and has several repairs to it. Under the arms and the front has a repair as well as shown in pics.
