This is an adorable, smart looking vintage belted dress! The top is a very thin, slightly transparent material that’s not totally see-through but depending on the occasion some may feel more comfortable with a slip or cami underneath. The bottom is a beautiful deep blue and made from a soft material that feels like a smooth fleece or very soft and flexible felt. The belt is separate and there is a loop on one side to hold it in place. Condition report: Very good vintage condition.

midcentdaydream Measurements: Waist (circumference): 22-26+” (the elastic naturally sits pretty tight when measured laying flat without being on a body but it comfortably fits on the mannequin with a 26” waist, and it could go an inch or so further comfortably. Length (highest point of garment to hem): 40” (16” top of collar to waist, 24” waist to hem) Bust (circumference): 36” Shoulder to shoulder (across): 14.5” Sleeve length (top of shoulder seam to end of sleeve): 22.5”
