Really adorable Y2K-era doggy purse, by Doggy Bag!  This one appears to be a Yorkie! Love funky, out-there, kidcore maximalist accessories? This is the bag for you!  Plush with faux fur, little plastic nose and eyes and red hair bow. Paws feel filled with beans/sand. Zipper on bag, pastel pink lining inside. Some cell phone may fit if they're on the smaller side, but I'd recommend this more for some credit cards, cash, and maybe a house key. Silver faux leather studded collar and strap. Strap is removable and can be clipped on and off. Brand name is on dog's silver collar tag. Please note: I noticed some rust on the tag and have cleaned it off - this is being noted to buyer.
