Adorable and stylish boots

I absolutely fell in love with these when I first saw them 2 years ago. They r so cute, comfortable, stylish and high-end brand. They basically come like a ballet flats with straps across and leg warmers attached. Have a little heel. I haven't really worn them because European designer shoes usually run narrow. Hope some active stylish funky lady will find those.
