Adorable and well made skirt with opening

I love this skirt but it is too small for me. It has an opening in the front. I used to wear it with leggings during the winter and a turtle neck. It is really well made . Size is small but wears like a 26 inches in waist. Waist 13 inches flat. Length 27.
