This is a Torrid size 2 black velvet polka dot dress. It comes with a belt that is shaped like a bow. Measurements 38 long, 18 waist, 19 chest and it does stretch. It’s an older dress. Tag says it was manufactured in 2013. But it’s in great condition. No holes or rips or stains and comes from a pet free/smoke free home.
