Adorable blouse, ties around neck, great club shir

Sz small to medium. I wear a small, fits me perfect. Have a hard time wearing it because I'm self-conscious about not wearing a bra.I'd like to give it away it's so darn cute, but I'd also like to make a couple bucks on it to recoup what I paid for it.
