Adorable blue and white peek-a-boo shoulder dress

Adorable blue and white peek-a-boo shoulder dress. This dress is NWOT. It has no brand or care tags, I don't know if this was an item someone made themselves, it's a re-posh for me. It didn't fit me right. I would say this is approximately a S/M. Measurement are: length (shoulder strap to bottom hem) approximately 32.5", (off the shoulder orange part across to the other off the shoulder orange part) approximately 17". Shoulder strap approximately 5 3/4" long. Feel free to ask any questions.
