Adorable blue duster dress. Has a semi-sweetheart neckline with buttons down the middle and gorgeous floral embroidery. Light blue in color and marked a size small in women's. 100% cotton material. Brand is Phases. Oh! it has pockets! Note: I have replaced original buttons! The ones in photos are the ones you’ll get! Measures 18 inches at the bust (36 inches in total), 28.5 inches at the hips (57 inches in total), 13.5 inches (27 inches in total) for shoulder seam to shoulder seam and it is 38.5 inches long. I am 5'3 and usually wear a medium in women's for reference. Please compare measurements to your own to make sure it fits. Used item, has been washed.
