Adorable city-scape cloud dress

Strap sleeveless sun dress with empire waist and pink ribbons, checked trim. One of my all-time favorite dresses on my girls, picture-ready with a pink ribbon bow in their hair. Midi length, tulle-lined skirt to poof it out some. Too cute.
