Adorable dress

Black and white stripes up top contrast the navy blue skirt of this dress so well. Comes with an adorable waist that goes around the waist. Back is a low B cut with a zipper. I’m 5’3” and it goes about mid thigh on me. This dress is brand new and never worn, it was purchased at Modern Vintage Boutique but there isn’t a tag to be found on it besides how to wash it.
