Worn once for holiday party. Love this dress!! So cute and fun! Made of lightweight material 100% rayon - perfect for year round with tights underneath. Unique with the long bell sleeves that have cute ties. Two rows of ruffles at bottom of dress. Zipper from lower back to top. TTS.
