Adorable dress perfect with boots!

Light weight, white crochet/eyelet/lace type dress (lining attached), above the knee, sleeves are 3/4 and loose/wide with elastic around the cuff. Collar is a wide crew almost boat neck with elastic, could probably pull down off the shoulder if you wanted. Comes with woven brown belt; I've worn it with the belt and brown cowgirl boots and also without the belt and bright flats. The size is XL Juniors but it fits as a Women's Medium. Very versatile!
