Featured in HuffPost earlier in the summer, this whimsical sundress features an empire waist, puffed sleeves and an elastic neckline meaning that you can wear it on or off shoulder. Falls slightly above the knee. The skirt is full- you could wear it as is or pair it with a pair of leggings. A little small on top. I’m a 38C and it works for me but if I were a little larger…maybe not. It’s a fun dress and always gets lots of compliments!

heathergalla229 @tealard27 i added another picture with the fabric held up to the light. It has no stretch to it, but elastic around the neck. There is a high waist demarcation, but it isn’t close to the body- part of a full skirt- kind of a baby doll shirt style.
